  My experience with Townsville Jeep was great! Staff were very helpful and booked my car in for a service on the day I wanted. Where as the dealership in Cairns wouldn't help and told me to drive to Townsville!

  I have been here multiple times to have my vehicle serviced at Jeep which I have found to be a good experience as they offer a courtesy shuttle. Some information I received from the service desk ended up being incorrect and ended up taking a month longer than neccessary to sort a minor problem that would have been avoided if the facts were checked in the first place. Otherwise it's been relatively painless.
