  Targets what they perceive as disadvantaged. My mother made the mistake of informing the owner that she was on a pension(which is perceived by predators as a person who cannot afford a lawyer) or not smart enough to challenge. They charge so low that its unbelievable that they could stay in business.

  I wish I had of known about them the last few times I had to move friends houses for them, the fee was modest, the issue and handover of the truck was quick and painless.

  Painless, trouble free transaction.Very clean, easy to drive Hyundai van (hired). They take you around it first and note any previous scratches and explain the terms which are standard fare. Rates are best in Tsv for late model vehicles. Hint - Return it in the same condition as you took it and your bond is refunded!

  Unfortunately dodgy businesses like this thrive when they know that the office of fair trading only have few staff and too many cases. The bigger loss is lack of trust for all businesses in Townsville for as long as these dodgy businesses continue to thrive unchecked. If you have a vulnerable elderly, disabled or disadvantaged family member; please do not send them anywhere near this man

  The Scam: Rent out a damaged truck, mark the damage slightly higher than its real location on external forms, then claim that every customer is responsible. You've got to ask yourself whenever you see a rental place renting out a damaged vehicle - Why didn't they fix it before renting it out? They obviously have the ability to rip the money from your credit card. Where did that money go? We learned later from a taxi driver that the owner has always been like this when he owned a pub he failed to pay most of his staff and contractors.
