  Have taken my work and personal vehicles to Brashas for the past 10 years and have had no trouble and the best service. Always friendly and offer me the right advice for keeping my vehicles on the road. Nothing is ever a drama with them.

  I recently took my car to get a roadworthy certificate and didn't pass because it had some minor problems like an oil leak and a couple of screws missing, which is fair. However, they also added 2 universal joints and an engine mount onto the bill, which did NOT need to be repaired/replaced. I backed this up with a second opinion with another mechanic and also inspected myself. I have seen other reviews on these guys and saying that they can be known for ripping customers off. I feel that this is the case. I rang them and confronted them and they told me to make a complaint to the transport department. So I'm just putting this out there for anyone else that might be in the same situation as me. Don't use these guys they are rip-offs.

  Got over quoted for a rwc. Brashas quoted me $2000 Went to another mechanic because the quote they gave me seemed odd. And got quoted $400 to get all things fixed. Brashas were writing off whole components of my car saying they needed replacing (e.g. power steering rack $200) when all thay was needed was a smaller part to fixed the whole thing (right hand rack boot an $8 part from repco). Many other parts like that. Never again will I go to brashas wasted my $77 for a quote that just stressed me out for a week until I found a genuine mechanic.
