  We had a washing machine delivered yesterday the in house service was great. The delivery was for this Monday but the delivery boys turned up yesterday.

  That was Ok but when they connected up the washing machine they twisted the pump out hose. If we not checked it after they left and used the machine we would have flooded out our unit. I called them on their mobile straight away and they promised to come back after they delivered their last load. As at 7pm last night and after us leaving messages that went to their message bank still no response.

  We have a nice new machine and can not use it we will have to go over to the store at Domaine today and seek some help. We purchased a new fridge from them only1 week ago and now a new machine. So angry!!!

  We would like to give a big thank you to Renee from the small appliance department at Domain Townsville. My husband and I went in on a very busy sale day. We wanted to purchase a few items, she was very helpful with our questions and nothing was any bother, she ushered us to each section we wanted to purchase from and then we met back up with her to finalise our purchases at a great sale price.
