    These guys are "dead on the inside" when it comes to customer service and honouring their word. I had a kwila swirl table freighted from the townsville store to brisbane. When it had arrived, the surface had yellow flecks on it. Grant said it was a sign of genuine kwila, but offered store credit for it - when the sunshine coast store re-opened (he quoted in 4 - 6 weeks time). Fair enough at this point - but the sunshine coast store did not open for another 8 months!!! And no replies to emails or phone calls in this timeeither! When I raised this with Michael at the SC store, he said the table should have been returned long ago, and then lied about discussing this matter with Fair Trading ruling in their favour.

    I finally found a store where the service was great and no body tried to talk me into buying something I didn't want. Got help working on an outdoor package that included some lounge, dining and pool furniture. All matching and we can add more to it later on down the track. We got home last night to find our cushions in the rain, so we put them under cover and found them all completely dry this morning. Excellent service and no push to buy anything. Money well worth being spent and will definately be back.

    I do believe that once purchased you should be able to use immediately and the tanner removal and oiling should be done prior to delivery. It just seems wrong to have to put in so much work myself on washing, removing tanner and oiling the new kwila items after paying for such a quality item.

    On entering the store we were greeted by staff member Ryan. He allowed us to happily browse without hovering. I loved his relaxed approach. Once our decision was made on items to purchase, Ryan was very attentive guiding us on available choices etc. Once purchase had been completed Ryan delivered goods and assisted in setting assembled items in my chosen positions. I then had to assemble dining chairs and table, remove tanner and oil the setting myself. Upon removing tanner from table top I was concerned with 2 patches of furry timber and many patches on the table top. So I visited the store with photos and Ryan agreed to attend my home to inspect himself, where he agreed the table top didn't seem to the factories usual high standard. He took the table top away to see if any thing could be done to rectify the issue and also to contact the factory. 2 days later Ryan delivered a brand new table top and helped reassemble. He had also removed the tanner at the store for me, which I really appreciated. I can not recommend this store and staff high enough. Ryan went above and beyond with his customer service and I would happily return for future items. BEST SERVICE I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. Keep up the great work.

    Suggestion to future customers - check the items carefully before you pay for them. The yellow flecks may indicate genuine kwila but they are unsightly. There are plenty of outdoor furniture stores out there; no one needs the hassle these guys dish out.
