  Very Helpful Staff, They allowed us to take some down lights home to sample the light in our home before purchasing, which really helped us style the look.

  The service is always friendly and helpful at the Domain store. They don't guess, they know what they are talking about. Stock is always good, rarely have to order in. The reason I have a 4 stat is I would like to see Beacon start to stock Smart bulbs. I was told by a staff member that they aren't stocking them because the technology is still evolving. Beacon may be left behind as people trunk to online to buy as I did.

  I must say in a time when everyone is cutting cost I was surprised when I rang Beacon to complain about a remote which came with the fan I purchased, they were more than helpful. The lady on the other end said to bring in the old remote in and they would replace it for me. When I arrived, and this is the reason I wrote the review the young man (20+) who served me actually did so in a professional and courteous manner with no pretense. Sadly these days so many people seem to think of you as hindrance to their day, not the person who helps put a pay packet in your pocket at the end of the week. The fifth star is for the young man who served me :-)
