    These guys only deliver to my area every other day, however i was able to call and arrange for me to pick up a parcel the day it arrived. When I went in it was there ready for pickup. So I would not say these guys are the fastest people to ship something however they are not the worst.

    I have never had any problems with Fastways and believe they give great service. Today Rachel in the Burdekin area helped our family out continuing to deliver that great known service. Thanks for that.

    Should be called 'Slowway'. One word to describe their service - pathetic. Picked up a day late from Yatala in Brisbane for delivery to Townsville (I had already paid 2 days earlier). Didn't want to wait 7 days because they only deliver on certain days so picked it up from their depot myself. Funny.........passed their delivery driver on the way home?????Will never use again.

    These people make Swift and shift couriers look great. I have never came across such a poor and incompetent company. Even the Circus with trying to locate your parcel at the Indian shop.
