  I contacted the Townsville office and informs the operator of what the delivery driver had done and said and advised that they come and collect the letter that was left the operator stated that they would have been informed the operator of the illegal chest pass up on the property and the operator stated and become abusive stating that they have the right to step on anybody's property to the front door that does not allow them to access through a side gate to access anyone's front door Hans it was an illegal test for us which means I am allowed to defend my properties and refuse entry of any person who I am illegally entered my property

  Superior Messenger Service delivered my Fragile item on time and in perfect condition, they then followed up to see if I was happy! This is why Locals keep coming back to these guys!!!

  As referral to use this service I do so suddenly state to decline such service as they do not know the law an arrogant an abusive towards people they need to go back and we learn how to speak to people and deliver items properly do not use this service as they are not a reputable company...

  Incredible. I ordered a Kindle from Amazon (USA). Tracking info showed that my box made it safely to Townsville via DHL, but then disappeared without a trace. I rang DHL, who told me that the package had been passed on to Superior Messenger Service for final delivery over a week earlier. After getting home from work, I rang Superior to see if I could track the package. The employee who answered the phone was very terse, and insisted that I call back Monday since he'd already locked up. Later that evening, at a party, my roommate ran into someone who knew me and said she had been delivered my package two days prior. She found the box stuffed in her mailbox. She lives at the complete opposite end of my street. If she hadn't spoken up to my roommate I would have never received the package at all. Furthermore, even if they HAD gotten it to my mailbox it would have been in their hands for 5+ days!!!

  These couriers give all couriers a bad reputation. Walking up the driveway to knock on the door is too much trouble, hence leaving a note in the mailbox with yesterday's date is easier. This is why I collect all my deliveries from the depot. DHL should look for a new partnership (note that this was a year ago so they may no longer have the DHL partnership).

  I found the delivery person very abusive and statedinformation of whether i am to recieve anything he states i am by law required to take...by law i am not required to recieve snything that i have any interest in...then he leaves it in my letter box..the del delivery driver has accessed my property illegally through the side gate and send it through the name pedestrian gate became very arrogant and abusive when I informed him of the legal rights of entry sung ones property
