    bought a basketball system (hoop) for $420 roughly a month ago now. i also got it delivered for $50 and installed for another $50. the system had some kind of leak or it was not set up properly as it fell onto my ute less than 24 hours.After weeks and weeks of mucking around with unhelpful and very rude staff i was told my claim would be refunded for the system only so $420 initially, i was also told my ute was completely ignored

    Went in there yesterday at about 3.45pm to buy a new set of joggers. Not 1 person came over to us to ask if we needed help. There was one guy serving another girl at the shoe section, there was 1 guy standing near the shoe section playing with a football and had no customers and there were 3 staff members at the registers all talking. The customer service there is terrible. We just walked out.

    Great store! Always go there to get my sporting goods and the service has always been great. Reasonably priced with some great sales.
