  Only new to Townsville and have all ready had several large dollar price purchases from the Townsville store. But it was the salesman today that excelled. His name is Robert and he definitely knew his products. We spent over an hour with him and nothing was an issue. We are looking to buy a new oven, cooktop, rangehood and microwave and he showed us everything and knew how each individual model worked and differed from each other.

  We are a long term good customer but really sick of having the same experience as yesterday. Went into the shop at around 4.30 (Friday ) looked at ovens then dishwashers for 1/2 hour, not a salesperson around & no interest shown even though I was opening oven doors & then dishwashers looking around to catch someones eye, the store wasn't busy the staff for this area & seemingly adjoining areas were all hiding. Good Guys normally win on price to the point where we hardly bother to shop around, this time I'll be searching for someone with better service even if it costs a bit more. Over $1000 you can give to the competition Good? Guys. This isn't the 1st time this has happened, there's just no excuse (I wasn't poorly dressed or scary or have weeping sores or anything either. There's just no excuse for poor & non-existent service)

  Very friendly staff who will go out of their way to get the buyer the best deal possible. A great selection of household goods that will cover every buyers needs, no matter your financial position in life. Open seven days a week. Always worth taking the time to check out first, before trying elsewhere. Worth recommending to anyone interested.
