  Money hungry. We were approached in a shopping centre and after a very convincing pitch we signed up for a membership, later on realising that we had just signed a year contract without even being told and that it was nearly impossible to get out of. We went back less than an hour later to tell her we changed our mind and we were charged a $75 admin fee just to cancel.

  It was such a hassle to cancel the membership after going in with a sigbed letter and stating i want to pay out all the fees. They claimed i still had outstanding fees. Rang them 3 times and they said there were no outstanding fees. But on the fourth they claimed there was. Also not 24hr gym.

  Awesome facilities and equipment! Great range of group fitness classes. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

  I have been trying since January this year to cancel the membership. First I was told they didn't receive my email. the email wasn't sufficient it needed an original signature. I sent them a letter stating I wanted it cancelled with my signature on it and have heard nothing back from them. I have contacted them on multiple occasions all written because then I have tracking of the contacts made to get confirmation they received the letter and have received nothing back.

  owner of this gym took advantage of two of my friends. Not only did she not explain to them that they were signing a contract that they couldn't get out of after 48 hours and that it was binding for 12 months. After coming home from the encounter with the lady, they found out the information about not being to leave the contact they apparently signed. They were charged $75 to cancel, this was only a hour after signing up! The owner did not make them aware of the 12 month contact and did not inform them of being locked in. They had to find out through the internet and reviews. This gym and the owner are money hungry, I would recommend steering clear of this gym, keep your money far away from these people.
