  The website is quite helpful too, I particularly liked the "What unit size unit do I need" section. I chose this company for their great customer service mostly, and their good deal. They have come through with everything promised - thanks again Ladies, greatly appreciated!

  The exceptional staff are helpful and courteous beyond belief. Could not be more patient than the Saint himself! Extraordinary customer relations and I won't bother asking any other storage facility no matter how competitive as no amount of discount could make up for the customer service I received! I will be a returning customer. Thank you everyone at Townsville storage! You are an exceptional team and deserve to be recognised for your service to your customers.   Super friendly & helpful staff and excellent prices. Really great for anyone that wants stuff to be stored safely with minimum hassel.

  The staff at the centre are so helpful I would highly recommend storing your stuff there as the premise is so clean and tidy
