  The next morning I contacted BLT to make some adjustments only to be questioned as to why. I felt pressured to disclose that I suffer a disability and the quotes were required for a foundation who were providing assistance in my relocation efforts. I was advised they would call me back, and I am still waiting to hear.

  My partner and I are in the process of moving internationally so I called BLT to obtain a quote with a pre-obtained flight number and some pre-selected accommodation. I provided this information to make their job easier, only to be advised hours later that the person who was dealing with my inquiry had 'palmed the job off' to another rep. I received an incorrect quote a few hours later.
